All police cruisers for all retail sales are hand picked and the rest wholesaled, about two out of five meet the requirements to be refurbished and are put through a minimum of at least five days to do so properly. Cruisers are resold to small Police Department, Fire Department, Security Companies and the Private Sectors for individuals with safety and dependability in mind. All cruisers are sold with a certificate of inspection and temporary registration plate good for fourteen days.
East Coast Classics will also assist in making arrangements for shipping at the purchaser's request Vehicles can be outfitted with Emergency Equipment such as lights, siren, etc. as long as they are being purchased by a municipality for Law Enforcement. Quotes for equipment are available on request. Equipment is purchased by Adamson Industries Corporation out of Lawrence, Massachusetts and TMDE Calibration Labs out of Richmond, Maine. The two companies both offer installation of everything they sell but require a deposit to be agreed upon by both parties.
In checking the inventory, you'll notice cruisers with higher mileage. Remember, these units were hand picked and maintenance was done at least every 3,000 miles and most came from areas with at least a forty mile patrol area. The lower the mileage usually means the cruiser came from a small patrol area and has considerable idling miles.
